Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 12 hrs. If 12 hrs have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @18% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (You must have received on e-mail/message when you paid) –

Reason for refund –

No refund request will be accepted without above mentioned details.
